Fantasy Cricket

Fantasy Cricket is a fantasy sports game centred on cricket. The central activity is assembling a team of real cricket players and competing against other participants in leagues. The listing refers to the game as Fanzy in places, and it is listed under the Sports category by developer Fanzy Inc.

Building a team

Players select their team from live player information, based on each player's current performance and form. The listing's tips suggest tracking player statistics, recent form, and injuries before choosing a team. It also recommends allocating a budget across players so the team has strong performers in each category rather than spending heavily on a few players.

Leagues, entry fees, and prizes

The game offers multiple leagues with different entry fees, so players can choose a league that suits them. According to the description, players can win prizes and rewards based on their team's performance and ranking. The description also contains conflicting statements about cost, including a claim that players do not risk losing money, so this article does not describe the game as free.

Analysis and match updates

The listing describes detailed player performance statistics and analysis intended to help users make informed team decisions. It also suggests following live scores and player performances during a match so that players can make last-minute changes to their team.

Current status

The description states that Fanzy is currently shut down. The developer has said it intends to return with a new version, but the listing gives no release date. The listed version is 5.0.37.
