범:낭만의 시대

범:낭만의 시대 is an MMORPG built around a Korean-style noir story. Players take on the guise of a secret agent and investigate the truth behind their father's death while navigating the influence of large organizations.

Investigating a family mystery

The central story follows the search for answers about the father's untimely death, which the description also refers to as an accident. Going undercover and following the narrative are part of this investigation. Dialogue and story events provide context for the characters and the mysteries they encounter, so the plot is a central part of the game's documented activity.

Puzzles and the search for truth

The game describes mystery-solving and complex puzzles as part of its noir adventure. The source does not specify puzzle rules or solutions, but presents solving them as another way players pursue the story's questions. It also encourages exploring the game world and interacting with non-player characters, which can reveal hidden quests and secrets.

Skills in battle

Skills and abilities are used in battles. The description encourages players to experiment with different skills and find options that suit their playstyle, then use them strategically. It does not explain individual skill effects, costs, or battle formulas, so the supported mechanic is the choice and use of skills rather than a particular combat strategy.

Noir presentation

The setting combines undercover work, organizations, and personal investigation within a Korean-style noir frame. The source also highlights character designs and scenery as visual elements accompanying the story. These details describe the game's presentation; they do not establish additional rules for solving puzzles or fighting.
